April 1-April 30

Healthy Zone is a substance use disorder prevention program targeted at Wayne County youth and young adults. April is Alcohol Awareness Month, and by participating, you are helping us raise awareness about the dangers of underage alcohol use and raise money to continue our prevention programming which is desperately needed for our communities in Detroit and the surrounding areas.

Cost: We are asking for individuals to pay a 10.00 fee and teams are also 10.00 per person, but must have 5 or more members.

There will be a small prize for the team that walks the most miles! All participants will receive a certificate for completing the walk!

Please upload a photo showing us you completing the walk! If completing at the Dequindre cut, please snap the photo in front of the “We are Detroit” landmark (see photo below).
