The National Council on Alcoholism and Drug Dependence, Greater Detroit Area (NCADD-GDA) has over 68 years of experience serving people impacted by substance use disorder and we currently offer various levels of care spanning prevention and treatment to overall health and wellness. NCADD-GDA is one of almost 100 affiliates across the country that embodies the principle of Recovery with Dignity.

Services We Offer
We offer a wide range of services and programs for those struggling with substance use, and for building good preventative measures for adults, youth, and families.
Prevention Programs
NCADD Prevention Services offer an array of community, family, and school based services with the goal of providing education, information, and awareness to prevent and reduce the use of alcohol, tobacco, and other drugs. Our staff team members are trained in various evidence based prevention interventions and mechanisms that are effective for implementation to impact and encourage engagement of the community.
Treatment Programs
NCADD Treatment Programs offer adults and young adults a variety of services designed to meet their unique needs for substance abuse and/or co-occurring mental health and substance abuse disorder or disorders.
Services include assessments, evaluations, access to multiple levels of care and treatment, referrals, and other resources including peer and recovery coaches.
